Position: Preschool Principal cum Teacher (Half Day)
Salary: up to $2500-$3000
Working Day: Mon-Fri
Working Hour: Half Day (working hour discusses during interview)
Working Location: nearest MRT Canberra
Job Responsibilities:
- Enrolment and Admissions: Coordinating the admission of new children, managing documentation, and updating student information in various systems.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records for children, staff, and the center's activities, ensuring proper documentation for all operations.
- Compliance and Reporting: Supporting the submission of reports, applications for subsidies, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards from authorities like ECDA.
- Parent and Staff Support: Serving as a point of contact for parents and providing customer service and support to staff, contributing to a positive relationship between the preschool and its community.
- Teaching: Montessori curriculum focusing on five key areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Culture, supplemented by arts, music, and geography, all within a prepared environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Pre-School Education (Teaching & Leadership) & Diploma in Montessori Teaching.
- Past working experience as preschool principal before.
