Job Summary
Plan, supervise, and deliver early childhood education programs aligned with organizational policies and curriculum to support children's developmental and educational needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver educational programs following organizational policies, guidelines, and framework
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum to support learning objectives
- Record and monitor children's progress to address individual educational and developmental needs
- Collaborate with parents by responding to feedback and working together to ensure children's well-being
- Maintain teaching resources, classroom arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment to foster a positive educational setting
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum) - L2
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a childcare setting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Classroom management skills to maintain a conducive learning environment
- Passion for serving children and prioritizing their needs
