Responsibilities
- Focus on building foundational literacy skills, such as phonics, vocabulary, and basic sentence structure, while fostering a love for reading and storytelling.
- Integrate play-based activities to promote language acquisition and cognitive development, using storytelling, songs, and games in English.
- Tailor teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of children, especially if they are at different stages of language development.
- Provide detailed progress reports and share insights with parents on their child's strengths and areas of improvement.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree related in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Has registered with ECDA and attained the L2
- First Aid and CPR certification is required.
- Minimum of GCE O-Level pass in English or an equivalent qualification.
