Plan, develop, and review preschool and early years curriculum in alignment with MOE and ECDA Frameworks
Regularly update curriculum based on Centre feedback, industry trends, and best practices
Design and deliver professional development programs to strengthen educators teachings and facilitation skills
Identify training needs and recommend suitable courses or workshops to support staff development
Conduct curriculum implementation reviews across Centres and provide practical recommendations for improvement
Support curriculum innovation and contribute to the organisation's presence in the early childhood sector through awards, conferences, and research initiatives
Develop new curriculum frameworks or learning guides to meet evolving business needs
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor in Education or Early Childhood Education
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in local or international preschool setting
Possess sound knowledge of curriculum design, content development, and delivery
Abreast with latest industry trends and has good pedagogical knowledge and skills in child development
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Required to have good command of both spoken and written English
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to enhance professional growth
Advocate for continuous learning and personal development as Curriculum Specialist
