Job Description

• Oversee The Operations Of A Cluster Of Three Childcare Centres
• Provide Leadership And Guidance To Centre Principals To Ensure Smooth Centre Operations
• Ensure Compliance With ECDA Licensing SPARK Requirements And Organisational SOPs
• Conduct Regular Centre Visits Audits And Operational Reviews
• Monitor Enrolment Manpower And Centre Performance Against KPIs
• Support Centres Requiring Operational Intervention Or Additional Guidance
• Manage Escalated Feedback From Parents And Stakeholders
• Support New Centre Setup And Organisational Initiatives Where Required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma In Early Childhood Care & Education With A Recognised Leadership Qualification
• At Least 5 Years Of Supervisory Or Cluster-Level Experience In Early Childhood
• Proven Ability To Lead Teams Drive Performance And Manage Stakeholders
