Preschool Chinese Language Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Chinese Preschool Teacher to deliver high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences conducted in Mandarin, supporting children's holistic development in accordance with ECDA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging Mandarin lessons aligned with the centre's curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Support children's language development, social skills, and emotional well-being

• Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development

• Maintain classroom safety, hygiene, and organisation at all times

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Participate in centre activities, meetings, and professional development

• Comply with ECDA regulations, centre policies, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• ECDA-recognised early childhood qualification (e.g. DECCE-T, ACEY, or equivalent)

• Certified L2/L1 (Chinese Language) under ECDA requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin

• Experience teaching preschool-aged children preferred

• Caring, patient, and passionate about early childhood education

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
