Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of strategic plans and organisational structures that promote a culture of care, trust, mentoring, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Centre
- Oversees and enhances Centre operations in full compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Drives operational and programme excellence by strengthening key processes in governance, partnerships, continuous improvement, curriculum, and pedagogy
- Establishes sustainable collaborative frameworks with stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and influence
- Models the Centre's mission, vision, and values while ensuring the overall well-being of all staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent
- Holder of DPL / DECCE-L (Leadership) certification
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Well-versed in ECDA guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with SPARKS accreditation is highly advantageous
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a childcare centre, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
