Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and external enquiries, responding professionally and promptly.
Support HR and staffing matters
Provide general administrative support including filing, document management, scheduling visits, and data entry.
Conduct regular stock-takes and manage the replenishment of school supplies such as stationery and uniforms.
Handle fee collection processes and generate invoices accurately and on time.
Input and maintain required data on the ECDA website, such as information for new teachers and students.
Support the enrolment process, including managing student records and coordinating the registration of subsidies.
Conduct daily health checks for children upon arrival.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Principal and/or Directors to support the overall needs of the preschool.
