Coordinate with the Centre Leader on new enrolments and provide administrative support for enrolment documentation and invoice payments
Provide administrative support for report submissions, subsidy, and grant applications to relevant external agencies, as well as student withdrawals and record-keeping
Follow up with parents on timely payment of invoices, including outstanding or overdue amounts
Create and maintain student records by entering new enrolments into the CMs and Taidii systems
Liaise with the Finance Department on programme invoices collection, payment records, and invoicing matters
Manage procurement activities, including sourcing from vendors and raising requisition needs for groceries, cleaning supplies, stationery, and other operational resources
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all centre supplies and resources
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Centre Leader
Job Requirements
Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g. General Studies or Administration), with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
Good written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated individual, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively while multitasking
Demonstrates initiative and a positive, professional disposition, able to work independently and collaboratively as a team
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and integrity
Familiarity with ECDA requirements will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
