We are looking for an experienced Presales professional to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business requirements into robust, scalable IT infrastructure solutions while working closely with sales, partners, and OEMs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of integrated IT infrastructure solutions, translating customer business objectives into technical architectures using multi-vendor products and Black Box services.
- Prepare and validate Bills of Materials (BoM), scope documents, and solution architectures aligned with OEM best practices and Black Box's delivery framework.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Delivery teams to develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
- Work closely with regional distributors, OEM channel managers, and local system integrator partners to secure competitive pricing, solution validation, and delivery readiness.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to prepare commercial quotes, cost sheets, and margin analysis.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with key partners including CommScope, Panduit, Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, Extreme, Aruba, Poly, Crestron, and other niche vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and aggregators such as Anixter, Ingram, Westcon, Redington, and others.
- Manage pre-sales approvals, special pricing requests (SPRs), and project registrations through authorized OEM channels.
- Act as the technical face of Black Box during customer meetings, workshops, and executive-level discussions.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution briefings.
Required Experience & Profile
- Strong Data Center experience is mandatory.
- Background in vendor management, commercial management, procurement, or roles such as BID Manager / BID Specialist.
- Proven experience working with OEMs, distributors, and multi-vendor environments.
- Ability to balance technical depth with commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
