About the Role
Our client is looking for a driven Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to work closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver enterprise ICT and network solutions. You will play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, shaping technical proposals, and supporting project delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to gather technical and business requirements, and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Develop solution designs, technical documentation, and process flows as part of the pre-sales and delivery framework.
- Prepare proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and presentations that highlight solution benefits and value to the client.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in technical pre-sales, preferably in ICT/ISP managed services or enterprise network solutions.
- Strong background in network and security technologies, with practical expertise in Cisco and Fortinet routing, switching, and firewall solutions.
- Proven track record in campus and wireless network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, NSE, or equivalent are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with network security concepts including VPN, SD-WAN, firewall policies, and access control.
- Hands-on experience in solution design, implementation, and optimization of ICT infrastructure.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
