Presales Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Pre-Sales Solution Architect to support Insurance Software solutions. The role involves working with insurance clients across the region to understand their requirements and articulate technical solutions and platform offerings.

Experience

• 10–15+ years of experience.
• Strong experience as a Technical Solution Architect with the ability to articulate solution offerings to insurance clients.
• Strong experience with cloud platform solutions.
• Experience in building and managing applications on cloud platforms.
• Cloud certifications are preferred.

Essential Job Functions

• Contribute to the company's business advisory and development strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage a team of business development professionals, offering guidance and support to drive success.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, working to understand evolving client needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to drive market expansion.
• Leverage market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations that expand business opportunities.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing strategic input.
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, ensuring targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Present company platform offerings to insurance clients.
• Conduct demonstrations.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Work with client architects.
• Participate in cybersecurity discussions.
• Participate in hosting discussions.
• Participate in architecture discussions.
• Perform infrastructure sizing.
• Perform memory sizing.
• Perform server sizing.
• Design scalable cloud solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet SLA requirements.
• Liaise with company global platform teams (mainly US).
• Work with product and platform teams.
• Support regional pre-sales activities.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Perform infrastructure sizing only.
• Perform infrastructure cost modelling.
• Provide technical solutioning.
• No application pricing ownership.
• Work alongside the sales team.
• Lead technical conversations with customer architects.
