Role Overview
ChainUp is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer tosupport our global business in delivering SaaS-based, white-label solutions forthe Web3 and blockchain economy.
This role is suitable for candidates with a technicalbackground who are keen to build a career in presales solutioning andcustomer success. You will work closely with Sales, Product Engineering,Project Management, and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements,solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Training and mentorship will be provided forcandidates who demonstrate strong learning.
Key Responsibilities
Support global sales activities through:
Support post-sales professional services activities where required, contributing to customer value and service quality
Participate in internal initiatives, including the adoption of AI tools to improve presales and customer success effectiveness
Requirements
Foundational knowledge of:
Web technologies
Software systems
Blockchain or Web3 concepts (preferred)
Career Development Opportunities
