We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to head the Government Digital Solutions Business Unit, responsible for delivering enterprise-grade digital platforms and applications for Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers.
This is a senior leadership role combining P&L ownership, product strategy, enterprise delivery, and stakeholder management, working closely with cross-functional teams and major enterprise software partners to support Singapore's digital government agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand business, technical, and compliance requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture presentations
- Support presales activities including proposals and RFP responses
- Design cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments
- Develop architectures for cloud migration, application modernisation, and landing zones
- Ensure compliance with GCC, IM8, MTCS, and security standards
- Support risk assessments, security reviews, and governance discussions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or solution design
- Minimum 3 years in presales or customer-facing roles
- Strong experience delivering solutions for enterprise or government clients in Singapore
- Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Huawei Cloud (good to have)
- Experience designing high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery architectures
- Proven ability to conduct technical workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Experience preparing technical proposals, architecture documents, and cost estimates
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
