About the Role
Our client is a Singapore-based AI technology company specialising in enterprise AI infrastructure and services, with capabilities spanning large-scale data centre solutions, hybrid cloud environments, and advanced AI computing hardware. As part of their expanding commercial team, the Pre-Sales Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs — designing and delivering compelling infrastructure solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong, client-facing professional to shape both solution offerings and go-to-market strategies at a company operating at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales solution design, including technical proposals, presentations, and contractual Statements of Work (SOWs) for IT infrastructure, cloud, and AI data centre (AIDC) solutions
- Present solution architectures and service designs to C-suite and senior client stakeholders, articulating both technical and business value clearly
- Coordinate internal teams and external ecosystem partners to ensure solution delivery within agreed cost, timeline, and quality parameters
- Manage Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements, including testing, solution optimisation, and technical validation aligned to client objectives
- Ensure structured and thorough handover of designed solutions to delivery and implementation teams
- Monitor industry trends and emerging market needs to continuously develop and enhance the company's solution and service portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for target verticals
- Develop and demonstrate solution prototypes and demos to support sales and partnership engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or AIDC pre-sales and solution architecture roles
- Proven hands-on experience developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs in a client-facing capacity
- Strong working knowledge of public and private cloud environments and IT infrastructure; familiarity with AIDC hardware architectures and AI computing platforms (is a bonus)
- General understanding of Big Data, AI technologies, and enterprise digital transformation
- Relevant professional certifications such as Cloud Solution Architect, TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL (is a bonus)
