Job Description – Presales / Sales Business Analyst (Automation & AI)

About the Role
We're looking for a client-facing Presales/Business Analyst who can bridge sales and delivery for our automation and agentic AI solutions in the Singapore market. You'll run discovery calls, build demos, and translate client problems into solution narratives that close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client meetings: Lead client meetings, discovery calls, and solution demos
- Presales collateral: Translate business requirements into proposals, use-case decks, and ROI narratives
- Sales cycle support: Support the sales cycle from qualification through proposal and handoff to delivery
- Demo building: Build and customize demos on Power Platform / automation tools
- Pitch collaboration: Work closely with delivery and leadership to shape client-specific pitches
- Pipeline tracking: Track and report on pipeline activity and client engagement
Must-Have Skills
- Presales/BA experience: 2–3 years in presales, sales, or business analysis — ideally in process automation or enterprise software
- Client-facing skills: Confident running meetings and demos with senior stakeholders
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Singapore-based: Must be based in Singapore and able to meet clients in person
Good to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform: Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio and/or certification
- AI/automation exposure: Exposure to agentic AI solutions or automation consulting
- Enterprise network: Existing network among Singapore enterprise clients
