We are seeking an experienced Presales Specialist based in Singapore to support enterprise and mission‑critical infrastructure initiatives across the APAC region. This role works closely with delivery and technical teams located in the Philippines and India and plays a key role in shaping end‑to‑end technology solutions for customers across networking, compute, storage, and data center environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical presales lead, engaging with customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Design and propose end‑to‑end solutions across networking, compute, storage, and data center infrastructure
- Work with internal delivery teams across multiple regions to develop fit‑for‑purpose solutions
- Source, evaluate, and engage technology vendors and partners to support solution design
- Provide the right technical advice, solution architecture, and commercial input, including pricing and cost models
- Support RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with technical documentation and solution presentations
- Assist sales teams during customer meetings, workshops, and solution pitches
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and vendor offerings to ensure competitive solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Presales, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consulting role
- Strong background in networking, compute, storage, and data center infrastructure
- Experience working with multiple vendors and building multi‑vendor solutions
- Solid understanding of pricing structures, BOMs, and commercial considerations in presales
- Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, practical solutions
- Comfortable working with regional and offshore teams across different geographies
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
