About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Global Key Account team and help win strategic enterprise customers worldwide. You'll be the technical owner in the sales cycle for our Android Technology, into Large Retailer & Hospitality, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) implementing Tap to paytechnology every where , working closely with sales, product and engineering.
What You'll Do
- Support Global Key Accounts
- Partner with Global Key Account Managers to qualify opportunities and define solution strategy.
- Lead technical discovery with customers (Large Software vendor, large merchants, SI) across multiple countries.
- Design & Present Solutions
- Design end-to-end solutions based on our Android terminals, cloud platform, SDKs and APIs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored demos, PoCs and technical presentations (remote and on-site).
- Map customer business needs to technical architectures that are scalable and secure.
- Own the Technical Proposal
- Lead the technical response for RFP/RFI, security and integration questionnaires.
- MDM Integration : third party EMM qualification w or wo ZTE or SUNMI DMP Technology
- Support commercial teams with effort estimates, assumptions and risk identification.
- Act as Trusted Technical Advisor
- Build strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders (CTO, architects, IT, operations).
- Support pilot and early deployment phases from a pre-sales perspective.
- Collect feedback and share it with Product/R&D to influence roadmap.
- Collaborate Internally
- Work closely with Product, R&D, Operations and Support to ensure solutions are feasible and deliverable.
- Help maintain demo environments, standard solution templates and technical collateral for the GKA team globally.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 37 years experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Solution Architecture in B2B tech (POS, payments, mobility, SaaS, or similar).
- Solid understanding of:
- APIs & integration (REST, webhooks, SDKs).
- Cloud & network basics (HTTP, TLS, VPN, proxies, security fundamentals).
- Android / embedded / device solutions (terminals, IoT, mobility).
- Experience with MDM integration and Google Android Enterprise or ZTE would be a plus.
- Proven experience supporting large / strategic or global accounts, ideally in APAC or Europe or North America.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both business and technical audiences.
- Excellent documentation skills (solution designs, diagrams, technical notes).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional APAC languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally worldwide.
