We are seeking a Presales Engineer to design and propose Audio-Visual (AV) and collaborationsolutions that meet customer requirements. You will work closely withcustomers, sales teams, and technical teams to deliver effective andcommercially viable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements to design and propose tailored AV and collaboration solutions
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution designs, quotations, and supporting documentation
- Support sales teams by delivering presentations and engaging in technical discussions with customers
- Align proposed solutions with customer needs and company capabilities to ensure feasibility and effectiveness
- Coordinate with implementation teams to facilitate smooth project delivery and execution
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies,and competitor offerings to inform solution development and sales strategies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Audio Visual, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of presales or technical sales experience in AV or related industry
- Knowledge of AV systems, collaboration solutions, and system integration principles
- Experience in customer-facing technical consulting or solution design
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
