Responsibilities:
We're looking for an experienced Presales Engineer to lead and execute technical presales activities for Voice AI, Contact Center and CX across the APAC region. In this role, you'll act as the regional subject‑matter expert, partnering closely with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to drive solution alignment and technical validation throughout the sales cycle. You'll take hands‑on ownership of demos and Proofs of Concepts, enable partners through training and guidance, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering teams to bring market and customer insights back into the roadmap—helping translate innovation into measurable business growth.
- Regional SME Leadership
- Act as the APAC leading Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Voice AI, Contact Center and CX
- Stay aligned with the product roadmap, releases, and feature enhancements
- Provide structured market, competitive, and customer feedback to product management and engineering teams
- Develop and maintain best practices, demo assets, and reusable solution playbooks
- Educate regional sales and pre‑sales teams through training sessions, enablement workshops, and product update briefings
- Partner Engagement & Recruitment Support
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new partners for Voice AI, Contact Center and CX across APAC through technical validation and capability assessments
- Enable partners through training programs, workshops, and hands-on technical sessions
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners design, build, and scale Voice AI, Contact Center and CX practices
- Collaborate closely with channel and alliance teams to identify, onboard, and grow strategic partners
- Customer & Sales Engagement
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs to customers and prospects
- Support RFP and RFI responses with detailed technical architecture and solution input
- Partner with sales teams to drive pipeline progression, influence deal strategy, and close opportunities
- Position Voice AI, Contact Center and CX solutions against competing platforms with clear technical and business differentiation
- Demonstrations, PoCs & Demo Strategy
- Lead end-to-end product demonstrations of Voice AI, Contact Center and CX solutions tailored to customer use cases
- Design and build reusable demo environments and industry-specific scenarios (e.g., BPO, Healthcare, Financial Services)
- Own the full lifecycle of Proofs of Concepts (PoCs), including planning, execution, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment
- Continuously enhance demos by incorporating AI, automation, and real‑world customer journeys
- Integrate and document CRM and ITSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow) as part of demo and PoC workflows
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting within a CX vendor or Systems Integrator
- Specific experience in one or more of the following: Contact Center, CX, Conversational AI, Voicebots and Automation
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Teams Voice and Contact Center ecosystem
- Proven ability to understand CX & AI business requirements and translate them into well‑designed technical solutions
- Strong techno‑commercial acumen, balancing technical depth with business value
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and demo delivery skills
- Ability to translate technical features into clear business outcomes
- Experience working within partner-led and indirect sales models
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a regional, cross‑functional environment
- Strong ownership culture and mindset
