iNextLabs is looking for a young, energetic Pre-Sales Associate to support our AI solutions team. You will work closely with sales, customers, and engineers to understand business needs, showcase our products, and help build simple solution proposals.
What You'll Do
Support Pre-Sales Activities
Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements
Help map business problems to AI solutions (chatbots, document AI, analytics)
Assist in preparing basic solution ideas and workflows
Demos & POCs
Support product demos and presentations
Help set up simple Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
Configure demo environments
Customer Interaction
Join client calls and take notes on requirements
Help run discovery sessions and gather use cases
Follow up with internal teams to move opportunities forward
Proposals & Documentation
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documents
Help define basic scope, timelines, and deliverables
Support RFP/RFI responses when needed
Team Collaboration
Work with sales, engineering, and product teams
Learn and contribute to new AI use cases and demos
What We're Looking For
Experience
1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tech consulting, or similar roles
Fresh graduates with strong interest in AI are welcome
Basic Skills
Understanding or interest in AI, chatbots, or automation
Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud (nice to have)
Ability to learn tools like Microsoft Azure
Soft Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Curious, willing to learn, and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or SaaS products
Experience in demos, presentations, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM tools, or automation workflows
