Premier Team Manager (Onshore & Offshore)

Our client, a leading retail bank, is looking for highly driven Premier Team Managers to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute targeted campaigns.
• Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders.
• Deliver holistic financial solutions that meet clients evolving needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure full compliance with international banking regulations (e.g., FAA, FATCA, CRS).
• Proactively manage risks and maintain high standards of governance and ethical conduct.

Requirements: -

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess relevant accreditation (M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI)
• Proven track record of success in wealth management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
