This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, lead a team of Offshore Relationship Managers and strengthen customer relationships within a stable and reputable organization.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Offshore Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management and sales strategies.
• Drive sales performance through targeted initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and delivery of personalized financial solutions.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines across all client engagements.
• Monitor team performance, analyze sales reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Premier Banking Manager in North Asia.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Possesses strong knowledge of bancassurance, investment products and wealth management solutions.
