Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, providing personalised wealth management and financial advisory solutions.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, prospecting and business development activities.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow AUM and revenue.
- Provide tailored investment solutions across unit trusts, equities, bonds, FX, structured products, insurance and lending.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide proactive advice based on clients financial goals, market conditions and risk profiles.
- Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors and credit teams to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
- Ensure all client activities and recommendations comply with relevant regulatory and internal policies.
- Keep abreast of financial markets, investment trends and wealth management solutions to enhance client engagement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Priority Banking, Premier Banking, Wealth Management or Retail Banking.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth and revenue generation.
- Strong knowledge of investment, insurance and lending products.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and business development skills.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and wealth planning.
- Existing HNW client relationships or a transferable client network will be highly advantageous.
- Experience managing international or offshore clients will be an added advantage.
