Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of new Premier Banking clients within the Singapore onshore market.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships to meet both business and personal growth targets.
- Deliver strong sales performance while upholding Premier Banking's reputation for exceptional client experience.
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews with affluent clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored wealth management and financial planning solutions.
- Keep clients well-informed with market updates, investment insights, and relevant opportunities.
- Actively promote and cross-sell a wide suite of wealth products, including unit trusts, insurance solutions, and treasury offerings.
- Consistently uphold superior service standards to drive client satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the banking sector, preferably in managing affluent customer segments.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant CMFAS certifications (e.g., RES1A, RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
- Sound knowledge of financial instruments, including investment and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide trusted advisory services.
