The primary function of the job is to provide Prefab Solution application related activities within EA country either direct to customer or through partners work together with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, exceed annual sales and growth targets.
Job Responsibilities
A. Promoting Eaton products and Prefab Containerized Solutions assignment requested by regional or local customer group & consultant.
B. Identify potential new Prefab Integrator and diversify into new segments / customers. Build strong relationship with Prefab Integrators.
C. Develop attractive Eaton solution with competitive price for Sales, Partner, Consultant and End Users
D. Provide technical solution and proposal advice to support other FAE in EA regions in securing the Tender or succeed in the Tender Interview / Clarifications.
E. Conduct product & Solution sharing, specify Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers
F. Develop & execute regional FAE strategy plan to enhance the Prefab Solutions support capability among regions.
G. Support Sales and FAEs in different regions for Tender Bidding, such as guidance on Compliance Spec and liaison with factory for best solution offering.
H. Constantly feedback to factory on the market trend and competitive product gaps, if any to help improve the Prefab Integrator capability & certifications development direction
I. Decent knowledge of containerized solution involving LV & MV Power Distribution, Mechanical Cooling and Ventiliation system, Fire & Sprinkler system, and DCIM knowledge would be considered as advantages.
J. Know-how of Containerized system integration works in design stage.

Education Level
Bachelor's degree, major in engineering
Qualifications
A. Significant Electrical & Mechanical Product/Services Knowledge- Knowledge of low voltage, medium voltage products, cooling and electrical design.
B. Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
C. Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
D. Ability to work well within a team
E. 10+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing
F. Fluent in written and spoken English
G. Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel
H. Strong Time Management Skills
I. Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills
J. AutoCAD & Revit Drawing expert
K. Teamworks & Cross Department Collaboration
