Precision Mechanical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Develops mechanical products by studying customer requirements researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials soliciting observations from production.
2. Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests analysing and synthesizing data determining root causes.
3. Working closely with other disciplines, apply troubleshooting expertise to resolve equipment, systems and process problems using strong analytical methodologies.
4. Lead the mechanical system design effort from early prototyping through mass production.
5. Oversee the mechanical design execution with internal, subcontract and supplier resources.
6. Proficiency CAD drawing & design tools (SolidWorks)
7. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Diploma qualification or and above with 3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or relevant field.
2. Proven experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
3. Experience in working with industrial design, product marketing, suppliers, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing is preferred.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Disciplined with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
7. Good knowledge in computer skills: MS Office.
