Role Overview
Design and optimize high-precision mechanical modules used in advanced semiconductor packaging equipment. This role focuses on translating requirements into robust mechanical designs, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve performance, manufacturability, and reliability of precision systems.
Key Responsibilities
Translate requirements into detailed mechanical design specifications.
Develop and validate concepts using force, thermal, and vibration analysis, and lifetime estimation.
Create 3D models and perform structural analysis.
Select optimal designs considering cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
Choose appropriate materials compatible with semiconductor processes.
Design precision tooling and fixtures for advanced packaging applications.
Collaborate with manufacturing and process teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM).
Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency and system performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Ideal Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in mechanical designfresh graduates welcome.
Strong interest in mechanisms, precision engineering, and mechatronic systems.
Passion for semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision machinery.
Proficiency in CAD or drafting software.
Solid fundamentals in engineering mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
