Precision Manufacturing Operator

Job Title: Precision Manufacturing Operator (Cleanroom)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,300/month (based on experience) + Night Shift Allowance (up to $25/shift) + Guaranteed 13th Month Bonus

• Operating Tech: Running automated and semi-automated machinery with precision.

• Quality Checks: Performing detailed visual inspections to ensure every product meets strict standards.

• Material Handling: Preparing and loading materials according to production specs.

• Maintaining Standards: Keeping your workspace organized and following cleanroom protocols to protect product integrity.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Watching for equipment irregularities and escalating issues quickly.

• Safety First: Following documented procedures and safety guidelines to the letter.

The Schedule
We run a 12-hour shift pattern:

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

• Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
