Job Description

• Responsible for performing duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of customers, understand customer specific requirement and expectation to deliver Customer satisfaction and complaint.
• Analyse and proper handling of customer complaint, return products and corrective action verification and tracking of customer Engineering change to ensure the ECN is implement.
• To lead and provide support to customer audit and participate in new projects: PPAP submission to understand meet customer quality requirements.
• Access and manage all customer web quality reporting and co-ordinate with internal team on new updated documents.
