Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in advanced semiconductor and manufacturing technology solutions. They are looking for experienced Precision Machinists to support their high-precision mold manufacturing operations.

- Precision Grinding Machinist
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate high-precision EDM or NC/CNC grinding machines
- Manufacture precision mold components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure tight tolerance and surface finish requirements are met
- Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in precision machining, mold making, or plastic injection mold manufacturing
- EDM Role: Experience with Sodick (AG/AL Series) or GF AgieCharmilles (FORM Series), including EDM programming and operation
- Grinding Role: Experience operating Mitsui or AMADA NC/CNC grinding machines
- Able to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and maintain tight machining tolerances
- Experience with high-precision measuring instruments and quality inspection
- Technical qualification in Mechanical, Precision Engineering, Tool & Die, or related discipline is preferred
