As a Preschool Educator at Bright Sparks Childcare LLP, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our young learners. You will be responsible for implementing our curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and creating a nurturing and respectful atmosphere for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons in line with the lesson plans provided.
• Create engaging and high-quality learning environments with appropriate materials and resources.
• Build trust and respectful relationships with children, encouraging their emotional and social development.
• Develop individualized classroom management strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Document and assess children's progress and development to inform future teaching and planning.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in care and learning between the Center and home.
• Foster partnerships with families and the broader community for a well-rounded educational experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
• Certification by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as an L2 teacher.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
