Job Overview
We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Technical Executive to support both sales and technical functions in delivering smart home and security solutions. This role involves customer engagement, solution design, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support sales team in pre-sales activities, including site surveys, technical consultations, and solution presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart home and security solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, system layouts, and documentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical briefings
Solution Design & Technical Support
- Design and configure systems such as CCTV, access control, intercom, alarm, and home automation
- Provide technical input for system architecture and equipment selection
- Support system testing, commissioning, and handover
Project & Installation Support
- Work closely with project and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Provide technical guidance during installation and troubleshooting
- Assist in system integration, testing, and user training
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field
- At least Diploma in Mechanic Engineering
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in smart home, CCTV, access control, intercom, or security systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP systems, and system integration
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to support both technical and sales functions
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
