Job Description

The Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and providing technical and commercial support during the pre-sales stage. This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate technical concepts into client-focused solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Support & Solutioning

  • Support the sales team in identifying customer requirements and business objectives
  • Assist in designing and proposing suitable products, services, or solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare solution presentations, proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for clients

2. Client Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders
  • Address customer queries and provide clarification on technical and commercial aspects
  • Support sales negotiations and proposal discussions where required

3. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Assist in preparing RFP/RFQ/tender responses and proposal submissions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, operational, and pricing information
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations
  • Maintain proposal documentation and submission timelines

4. Technical & Commercial Coordination

  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to develop feasible solutions
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet operational capabilities and business requirements
  • Assist in preparing pricing models, cost estimates, and scope of work documentation
  • Support handover of successful projects to implementation or delivery teams

5. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market developments
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities
  • Support development of new service offerings and go-to-market initiatives

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, proposals, and opportunities
  • Prepare reports on pre-sales activities and pipeline support
  • Ensure all documentation is properly organised and updated

7. Any other Ad-hoc Assignments as required by the Company from time to time.

The CFO shall oversee and support the finance functions of the company and or its related associated entities.

Job Requirements

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related field

. 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, business development, or technical support role

. Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess client needs, create customized solutions, and deliver results-driven strategies

. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver an exceptional experience

. Experience in Consulting and ability to understand the client's challenges to propose strategic AI solutions

. Knowledge in Presales processes, including designing technical solutions and providing support to sales teams

. Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and solutions

. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline

. Previous experience in the IT, AI, or digital transformation industry is highly desirable

. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
