The Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and providing technical and commercial support during the pre-sales stage. This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate technical concepts into client-focused solutions.

The CFO shall oversee and support the finance functions of the company and or its related associated entities.
Job Requirements
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
. 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, business development, or technical support role
. Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess client needs, create customized solutions, and deliver results-driven strategies
. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver an exceptional experience
. Experience in Consulting and ability to understand the client's challenges to propose strategic AI solutions
. Knowledge in Presales processes, including designing technical solutions and providing support to sales teams
. Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and solutions
. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
. Previous experience in the IT, AI, or digital transformation industry is highly desirable
. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
