Job Description

We are a fast-growing enterprise 5G and AI infrastructure company, expanding our regional footprint across Southeast Asia and APAC. and we are looking for a hands-on, high-calibre Pre-Sales / Solutions Senior Manager to support regional growth across Asia.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and solution architecture, working closely with sales to design and deliver industrial private 5G solutions for enterprise customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, commercially minded professional who enjoys customer engagement, solution shaping, and working in a fast-moving international environment. This role is ideal for someone comfortable in a startup environment, who can operate independently, build new markets from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical solution design and pre-sales support for private 5G, industrial networking, AI/IoT, and smart industrial solutions
  • Partner closely with the regional Sales team in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions
  • Translate customer business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures
  • Coordinate with internal R&D and product teams to tailor solutions for regional and international markets
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and RFI/RFP responses
  • Support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot deployments with customers
  • Provide solution thought leadership in industrial digitalisation, AI/5G convergence, and enterprise transformation
  • Participate in regional customer engagements and industry events as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 815 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting
  • Strong background in industrial telecom, private 4G/5G, IoT, or enterprise ICT solutions
  • Experience with leading telecom or ICT vendors (e.g. Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, or similar) is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of wireless networks, enterprise IT architecture, and industrial networking
  • Exposure to AI, data platforms, edge computing, or cloud solutions is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Regional exposure across ASEAN / APAC is desirable
