Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Pre-Sales Solutions Manager to drive the technical sales cycle for our Generative AI and Conversational AI solutions. In this role, you will be the key technical expert for our clients, responsible for understanding their challenges, designing compelling AI solutions, and articulating the business value to governments, banks, and financial institutions. This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid foundation in AI technologies who is ready to take ownership and grow their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the pre-sales process for overseas projects, including conducting business research, market analysis, and leading the design of tailored AI solutions.

2. Develop and present both standard and custom solutions, including consulting proposals, bidding documents, and other client-facing materials.

3. Lead the initial project discovery phases to understand client needs, conduct business value analysis, and design workable business models.

4. Serve as the primary technical liaison between the client, sales, and internal product/delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and a clear project handover.

5. Continuously build and maintain expert-level knowledge in Generative AI, voicebots, chatbots, and the financial industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role. Experience in big data, risk management, or financial systems is a strong advantage.

3. Demonstrable experience and knowledge in Generative AI technologies, voicebots, and/or chatbots.

4. Working knowledge of key technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS).

5. Proficient in written and spoken English.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships.

7. Willingness to undertake short-term business trips as required.
