Pre Sales Solution Architect

• Lead pre-sales solution design, proposals, and contractual SOWs for IT infrastructure, Cloud, and AIDC solutions.

• Present solutions and service designs to C-level and senior client stakeholders.

• Lead internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery within cost, timeline, and quality commitments.

• Manage POC testing, solution optimization, and technical verification to meet business objectives.

• Ensure smooth handover of solutions to delivery teams for successful implementation.

Solution & Service Offering Management

• Monitor industry trends and market needs to develop and enhance Organization solutions and service offerings.

• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.

• Work with customers and partners to ensure successful solution delivery in assigned markets.

• Develop and test demos of Organisation solutions and services as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or AIDC pre-sales and solution architecture.

• Hands-on experience developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, public and private cloud familiarity with AIDC hardware architectures and computing platforms is a plus.

• General knowledge of Big Data, AI, and digital transformation.

• Relevant certifications such as Cloud Solution Architect, TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL are highly advantageous
