Pre-Sales, Solution Architect (AEM)

Primary Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant / Architect with strong expertise in CMS (Adobe, Magnolia, etc.), API management platforms (KONG, Apigee, etc.), and hands-on AI knowledge. This role will be pivotal in solutioning and delivery, strengthening our ability to advise government and enterprise clients on AI adoption, digital transformation, and scalable technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Advisory- Provide technology and AI-led advisory to clients (Gov+ and Enterprise), with a focus on driving digital transformation and future-ready solutions.

- Engage with senior stakeholders to shape solution roadmaps aligned with client objectives.

- Solution Architecture & Delivery- Lead architecture and solutioning for digital experience platforms, API ecosystems, and AI-enabled applications.

- Drive end-to-end solution delivery across frontend, mobile, backend, and cloud environments.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and integration of enterprise-grade solutions.

- AI-Powered Innovation- Design and integrate AI/ML-driven capabilities into client solutions.

- Develop innovative use cases for automation, personalization, and intelligence within CMS and API frameworks.

- Presales & Proposal Development- Partner with CSU, NEXT, and other internal teams to co-develop presales assets and proposals.

- Support opportunity shaping and technical solutioning to increase win rates for strategic bids.

- Contribute thought leadership in AI, digital experience, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

Technical Requirements

- Intermediate experience in AI/ML or GenAI platform implementation (cloud-based or enterprise environments)

- Ability to design end-to-end AI systems, including integration with existing applications and data sources

- Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, prompt design, and model orchestration

- Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Magnolia, etc.).

- Deep expertise in API management solutions (KONG, Apigee, etc.) including design, security, and integration.

- Practical, applied knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and tools.

- Full-stack capabilities spanning:- Frontend (modern JS frameworks, web & mobile apps)

- Backend systems (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.)

- Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Proven experience as a solution consultant or architect with strong delivery track record.
