Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant / Architect with deep expertise in Content Management Systems (Adobe, Magnolia, etc.), API Management platforms (KONG, Apigee, etc.), and strong hands-on knowledge of AI technologies. This role is central to shaping and delivering scalable digital solutions for government and enterprise clients, enabling AI adoption, digital transformation, and modern technology platforms.
The successful candidate will provide strategic technology advisory, lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery, and drive AI-powered innovation across digital experience and integration ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
- Provide AI-led technology advisory to government and enterprise clients, guiding digital transformation and future-ready platform strategies.
- Engage senior stakeholders to define solution roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Lead architecture and solutioning for digital experience platforms, API ecosystems, and AI-enabled applications.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across frontend, mobile, backend, cloud, and integration layers.
- Ensure enterprise solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, security, and integration.
- Act as primary functional and technical liaison between business units and distributed IT delivery teams.
AI-Powered Innovation
- Design and embed AI/ML-driven capabilities into client platforms.
- Create innovative use cases for automation, personalization, and intelligence within CMS and API frameworks.
- Contribute thought leadership on AI adoption, digital experience platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
Presales & Proposal Development
- Partner with CSU, NEXT, and internal teams to co-develop presales assets, proposals, and solution blueprints.
- Support opportunity shaping and technical solutioning to improve win rates on strategic bids.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business & Computing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Proven experience coordinating across business and IT teams in multi-location environments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects, preferably in Agile or iterative environments.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements and solutions.
- Hands-on experience writing test documentation and performing functional testing.
- Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities.
- Experience improving business processes through technology-driven enhancements.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project.
- Ability to prepare datasets for analysis and validation.
Technical Expertise
- CMS Platforms: Adobe, Magnolia, or equivalent enterprise CMS
- API Management: KONG, Apigee, or similar platforms
- AI/ML: Strong hands-on understanding of AI capabilities, solution design, and use-case development
- Cloud & Integration: Experience designing scalable, cloud-native and integrated architectures
