Technical Presales & Solution Design
- Engage partner/customers to understand technical, operational, and business requirements.
- Design and propose cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer environments and security objectives.
- Provide solution architecture, sizing, BOM preparation, and implementation considerations.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POC).
- Support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and technical proposal preparation.
- Recommend best practices for security architecture, deployment, integration, and operations.
Customer & Sales Support
- Work closely with sales/account managers to drive technical discussions and solution positioning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers during pre-sales engagements.
- Assist in technical qualification and discovery sessions.
- Provide technical consultancy during customer meetings and project discussions.
- Support commercial discussions by aligning technical scope with customer requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity presales, implementation, SOC, or infrastructure engineering.
- Exposure to enterprise or managed security environments.
- Experience conducting product demos, POCs, or technical workshops.
- Familiarity with enterprise security architecture and compliance requirements.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with security technologies such as: EDR/XDR SIEM, Firewalls, IAM/PAM, DLP, Cloud Security, Network Monitoring & Observability
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, Active Directory, and virtualization.
- Experience with log analysis, incident detection, or SOC operations is advantageous.
