Job Description
The Pre-Sales & Implementation Analyst supports both client acquisition and system delivery by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating system capabilities, and implementing solutions on the Octomate platform.
This role bridges business requirements and system configuration to ensure successful client onboarding and adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Engage prospective clients to understand business workflows and operational requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and system walkthroughs
- Support preparation of proposals, solution documentation, and presentations
- Work with sales and product teams to propose suitable system solutions
Implementation & Delivery
- Translate client requirements into system configurations and implementation plans
- Configure and implement Octomate system modules (e.g. scheduling, timesheets, leave, claims)
- Support data setup, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Coordinate implementation timelines and client communications
- Prepare user guides and training materials, and conduct user training where required
- Provide post-implementation support during initial rollout
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients effectively
- Comfortable working with system workflows and functional requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Prior experience in pre-sales, implementation, or software delivery is an advantage
