Overview
The Pre-Sales Engineer for Cybersecurity supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations to potential customers. This role ensures that the cybersecurity products meet customer needs and helps drive sales.
Job Description
- Best to have formal experience in pre-sales, post sales, delivery team and highly familiar in the project methodologies such as Planning, Design, and relevant Technologies to develop proposal for the tenders/bids
- Experience in overall design for network and security solutions
- To prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conduct, proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure proper customer solution positioning and respond to technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs
- Arrange technical training for clients and sales teams, and conduct proof of concepts, solution designs, and technical workshops
Requirements
- At least 2 – 3 years of working experience with knowledge of product pre-sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Possess in-depth knowledge of current technologies, tools, methodologies and industry trends, Government guidelines
- Possess relevant professional certification like CISSP, CCIE would be an added advantage
