We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support cloud-native and container platform solutions. This role involves working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal technical teams to provide solution design, technical guidance, and pre-sales support for enterprise clients.
The position is suitable for candidates based in Singapore or Malaysia, with cross-border collaboration and customer engagement.
Provide technical guidance and support during product trials and customer engagements
Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal engineering teams
Collaborate with sales teams to identify business opportunities and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare technical documentation such as project proposals, bidding documents, test reports, and implementation plans
Collect and analyse customer and market requirements, providing feedback to product and R&D teams
Participate in technical presentations, sharing sessions, and marketing or ecosystem activities
Support cloud native, Kubernetes, DevOps, and container platform related projects
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT, cloud, or internet-related roles
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and mainstream platforms
Experience in pre-sales, technical support, R&D, or operations for medium-to-large projects is an advantage
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Additional Skills (Advantage):
Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift, DevOps, or container platforms
Ability to communicate in English for work purposes
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for business communication needs
