Proven experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related technical customer-facing role, ideally in an early stage product company
Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and web applications.
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and business audiences.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on experience with scripting (Python, JavaScript), CRM systems (Salesforce), or BI tools will be an advantage.
