Communicate with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their IT/CT infrastructure needs and provide professional solution recommendations
Participate in pre-sales solution design, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and client presentations to ensure smooth project progress
Support the sales team in business development by leveraging company resources to provide end-to-end solutions for clients
Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to project implementation
Continuously track ICT industry developments in Southeast Asia, deliver industry insights and competitive analysis to support business decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of pre-sales or related work experience
Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with IT or CT infrastructure services such as data centers, cloud computing, networking, and storage
Experience with ICT projects in Southeast Asia, with some understanding of the local market environment and culture
Positive and proactive, with strong communication, coordination, stress management, and resilience skills
Familiar with the ICT ecosystem and key clients in Southeast Asia, with the ability to quickly build client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Pre-sales experience in multinational enterprises or large-scale ICT projects
Familiarity with ICT market policies and major client groups across multiple Southeast Asian countries
Relevant technical or project management certifications (e.g., CCNP, PMP).
