Job Summary
The Govt and Public Sector Pre-Sales Lead/Pre-Sales Architect is a subject matter expert in broader application services (Application development, Application maintenance, Application Modernization, UI/UX, CRM/ERP etc) with Singapore Govt and Public Sector know-how.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to define, demonstrate, build solutions, and estimate opportunities for potential projects in the government and public sector
- Analyze industry trends and client challenges to develop compelling, value-driven propositions tailored to prioritized industries
- Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies for Singapore across geographies and industries, aligned with NTT DATA Group's application services portfolio
- Support Sales League by identifying target customers and matching relevant application-specific solutions to enhance sales effectiveness
- Engage proactively in client discussions to identify new business opportunities and drive them forward with Sales Teams
- Augment Sales Teams during pre-sales activities including customer engagement pitches, solutioning, and proposal development
- Leverage global capabilities such as Centers of Excellence, Global Delivery Centers, and local practices to deliver optimized sales and delivery solutions
- Differentiate NTT DATA's application services proposals through innovation by utilizing Group assets like CX, AI Labs, Innovation Center, Robotics Lab, and Research Centres
- Bridge market demand with skill supply plans by contributing to short- and long-term recruitment and reskilling strategies supporting organizational growth
- Compile and implement development plans for platform migration and upgrades to ensure seamless transitions
- Guide development teams through design, testing, and modification phases to ensure solution quality and alignment with client requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated expertise with at least 10 years of experience in consulting and/or IT services
- Proven leadership in application services projects delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience in strategic selling to Singapore Government and Public Sector customers
- Ability to integrate business perspectives with technological solutions effectively
- Established CxO-level relationships in Singapore with both business and IT stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Government and Public Sector market dynamics
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior pre-sales experience within a systems integration (SI) organization
