My client (MNC Company, the business across APAC) is hiring a Pre-Sales & Delivery Consultant for newly established Singapore team. Although you will be working with MNC clients, they operate with a startup mindset fast, agile, hands-on, and highly collaborative. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a growing environment. A technical background in Java or C# will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical workshops.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, solution design, and technical proposals.
Project Delivery
- Lead and support implementation activities from planning to go-live.
- Coordinate project tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth handover.
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, including enterprise/MNC customers.
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Provide feedback to improve solutions and internal processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related fields.
- 27 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, solution delivery, or system implementation.
- Technical background in Java or C# is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable operating in a startup-style environment.
- Able to manage ambiguity, multitask, and take ownership of end-to-end responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and project delivery.
- Experience working with MNC clients is an advantage.
