Pre-Registration Pharmacists / Pharmacists

The Institute of Mental Health is a 2,000 bed acute tertiary psychiatric hospital. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.

The Challenges

You will provide patient-centred services to the different sub-specialties of psychiatry and mental health. You will:

. provide professional and clinical services
. attend multi-disciplinary rounds to contribute to patients drug therapy management and answer drug queries
. provide pharmaceutical care services
. provide medication education and counselling
. provide drug information services
. conduct training and education sessions
. run medication management clinic for outpatients
. supervise a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants
. participate in clinical research

The Requirements
. Degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore
. Pharmacists with hospital working experience are preferred (Pre-Registration Pharmacists are welcome to apply).

. Candidates with multiple years of releant experience will be considered for a Senior Pharmacist position.
