Pixel Tech is a Commerical Packaging Printing Platform service provider. We are looking to employ PrePress / DTP Artist to value add to our organisation.

PREPRESS ARTIST

Roles & Responsibilities

A DTP/Graphic Layout Artist is responsible for translating the work of Graphic Designs into Digital Files ready to go to print.

Coordinate with Sales & Production Department to deliver the final product the client requires, within the client's schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales, designer and prints departments for artwork changes
• Prepare layout work for prints and check on print ready files
• To perform the required duties, and knowledgeable in using a variety of technological hardware and software.
• Prepare variable printing file for digital printing
• Perform pre-flight on print ready files before send for printing
• Perform digital print for jobs that have special printing requirement
• Responsible for casting preparation and imposition of all print jobs
• Manage the colours required for print, & check colours of actual prints
• Preparing visuals for production team in terms of finishing

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign) and Microsoft Office
• At least one year experience in prepress and print operation
• Able to meet deadlines and cope in a fast-paced environment
