The Job

  • Assist in planning and scheduling daily repair and maintenance jobs for in and outbound vehicles (end / new lease)
  • Oversee pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and final quality checks (QC) according to checklist provided
  • Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload
  • Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate between Workshop and Operations team
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and workshop facilities are properly maintained
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
  • Assist in performance appraisal of workshop staff
  • Provide accurate timing for repairs and completion
  • Parking allocation for returning and completed vehicles.

Job Requirement

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive workshop, vehicle inspection, or fleet maintenance
  • Experience handling commercial vehicles or automotive servicing will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and inspection procedures.
  • Experience supervising a workshop team or technicians
  • .Familiarity with PDI checklists and quality control processes
  • Ability to manage multiple vehicles and inspection schedules
  • Able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
